This includes any impact on themselves, their customers, or third-party organizations. BMS, its managers, and its owners are not liable for any damages, legal actions, or consequences resulting from the user's use of the platform or any affiliated applications.
SMS Panel Usage Guidelines Users of the BMS SMS Panel are prohibited from sending messages containing offensive, harmful, or illegal content, including but not limited to, child abuse, sex-related content, alcohol, and drugs. The user is fully responsible for any legal repercussions resulting from the content they send. If BMS is required by any legal or governmental body to provide user information, it will comply with such requests.
Reseller and Agent Responsibility Resellersand agents using the BMS platform must ensure that they adhere to BMS terms and conditions. Resellers are responsible for managing and providing support to their customers, and BMS is not liable for any disputes or issues between resellers and their users. Resellers should be the primary point of contact for their customers.
BPrint Platform Terms Users of the BMS BPrint platform for print services are bound by the applicable terms of service, including but not limited to the proper use of the platform for business purposes. The platform is intended for use by businesses and must not be used for illegal or unethical printing practices. BMS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Refund Policy BMS offers a refund policy on direct purchases made through its platform. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. BMS is not responsible for any transactions or issues related to purchases made through resellers or agents. Refunds are at the sole discretion of BMS.
No Obligation to Notify Users BMS is not obligated to notify users of any changes or updates to the terms and conditions. Users must check and familiarize themselves with these terms regularly to remain compliant with any modifications.
Indemnification By using BMS services, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BMS, its owners, managers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from their use of the platform or violation of these terms.
